By Sunny : Wedding Dinner at Conrad Centennial Singapore

Tonight is my Cousin's daughter wedding day. Porky & me represented our parents & went for the dinner. The dinner is held at Conrad Centennial Singapore, the food is prepared by Golden Peony Chines Restaurant. This is the 1st time I have eaten the food there.

Before going over to the hotel, we went to this shop called 冰变 (Bing Bian)-An Affair With Ice @ Millenia Walk. These are our desserts before dinner. XD

  
Taro/Black Sesame with Tang Yuen, Jelly & Red Bean

We slowly walked over after eating our desserts & we are still on time!
Happiness Platter-Barbecued Suckling Pig, Minced chicken Dumpling, Fried Fish Maw Omelette with Crabmeat and Yellow Chives, Smoked Duck and Sea Jelly with XO sauce


Shark's Fin Soup-Double-boiled with chicken, Conpoy, Sea Whelk Chinese Cabbage and Bamboo Pith
 One of my cousin was disappointed as this Shark's Fin soup is not the starchy kind so cannot add alot of vinegar like other Shark's Fin soup. haha...

Duo Magnificent - Golden-Fried Prawn Ball filled with Minced Meat Sauteed Scallop with Sweet Pea, Pine Mushroom and Preserved Vegetable

Soon Hock Fish - Steam with Beancurd, shredded Pork and Preserved Vegetable (photo takes with spot light on it)

Abalone - Sliced, Braised with Sea Cucumber and Chinese Cabbage

Pork Chop - Golden-fried and served with Mesclun Mixed Salad
 Uncle did not like the sauce on the Pork Chop. Use knife to scape the sauce away before eating. He is using chopsticks & knife. We tried to tell him to use fork & knife? He did not listen to us :(

Chicken - Braised in Herbal Broth with Lotus Leaf
 The chicken is a bit too salty. Guess it is the Herbal Broth.

Ee Fu Noodle - Braised with Seafood and Chives

Chilled Cream of Avocado - with Coral Weed
This is very special. To me, it tastes like wheat grass with the crumble coral weed. But Porky does not like this. She says it is like medicine. haha

Overall, the food is nice. Very Full!
