ByFood: Joy of Gifting DIY items

On days when I lounged on my sofa without any care, I caught a Japanese documentary "At home with Venetia in Kyoto". The things that this lady did sparked my interests to send gifts to my friends too. Somehow it can be a joy to send gifts without expecting any in return so long as friends are happy to receive them.

Well, I definitely can't sew, can't do mechanical stuffs in Mum's house, nor can I send homecooked food via mail. So I have decided to do some handy non-consumable items like:
  1. Peppermint Balm - Good for relieve of insect bites and congested nose
  2. Insect Repellent - For daily use to repel mosquitoes and smaller bugs
  3. Wood Polish - Use this to maintain wooden furniture for next 30 years!
I have tested items 1 and 2 out, and I'm still alive and kicking. So friends shouldn't have any problems using them either. As for item 3, perhaps we need to wait for 30 years later to see the result. Below is an image of my test samples, actual packaging will differ slightly in my best handwriting!

1 Set of DIY Items

I'll be sending out 4 packages first because it is very time consuming to make just 1 set. So 4 strong friends will receive them by this week, hope that you ladies will like it. Do let me know if you are happy with the scents and feedback on the results! Improvements can be made. ;]

So sorry for the ugly wrapping! Haha...
A note to Banana: Yours will come in after Lil Baby Chloe has grown older! Please accept by then. ;]
