ReplyDeleteYup. This is one of my favourite. Grandma used to make this often when she was still around. Luckily for me, my mom picked up the skills in making this. And each time i go home to mom's place, i nvr fail to ask her to make this for me. Its very tasty for a snack and i can nvr have enough of them. Dip them in chilli.. yummy. But our recipe differs from your's though. No minced meat in them, but with little bits of 'zhu you zha' (those bits of crispy fried lard, the type u can find in bak chor mee amd char kway teow?) But it still taste good without the lard pieces too. For health sake.
