Chocolate Chip Muffins (This is the 2nd attempt)
3 tbsp of soft margarine
280g plain flour
200g caster sugar
2 large eggs
150ml full fat natural yoghurt
5 tbsp milk
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
175g of chocolate chips
1) Preheat the oven to 200°C
2) Beat the margarine and sugar together till light and fluffy
3) Beat in the eggs, yogurt and milk until combined
4) Sift the flour and bicarbonate of soda together
5) Stir chocolate chips
6) Place 12 muffin paper cases in a muffin tin and fill the cases with 3/4 of the batter
7) Bake for 20 minutes until well rise and golden brown
8) Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tin for 5 minutes
9) Serve!
